They often find the water quality after purchasing an ultra-pure water machine. not to standard. Based on experience, you can follow the following three purchase principles, and you can correspond accordingly.

1. Current water source: If your current water is qualified, you can also tell us the source of the pure water, and our technicians will recommend the corresponding specifications and models according to the situation.
2. Experiment content: It is divided into inorganic experiment and organic experiment. Inorganic experiment only needs resistance greater than 18MΩ. The water quality of cm is fine, and the organic experiment usually needs to remove the organic matter in the water, so except that the resistance is greater than 18MΩ. In addition to cm, an index of total organic carbon is also required. If it is a biological experiment, it is necessary to remove bacteria in the water.
3. Type of instrument: Customers can choose ultrapure water machine according to the type of instrument used. The resistance of the liquid water is greater than 18MΩ. cm; and organic matter should be removed; the water used for atomic absorption, atomic fluorescence and environmental monitoring instruments is greater than 18MΩ. cm is fine; except for water used in life science instruments such as PCR, the resistance is greater than 18MΩ. Choose according to the raw water quality:
When purchasing an ultrapure water machine, the customer must provide the manufacturer with the water quality of the raw water, such as heavy sand, high hardness, and groundwater. The process of the ultrapure water machine is determined according to the quality of the raw water. Many, it is necessary to add a pretreatment device, the hardness is high, a softening device is added, the salt content is high, and a two-stage reverse osmosis process is used. If you choose an ultrapure water machine that uses pure water as the water source, you only need to provide water quality requirements and water consumption.
Choose according to water consumption:
At present, the ultrapure water machine on the market generally has a water production volume of 5-100L/hour, and those above 20L are non-standard models. Customers should choose the specifications of the ultrapure water machine according to the actual water consumption, generally following the four-fold relationship principle (Note: 1G (gallon) is equal to 3.785 liters). If the water consumption is 20L/day, choose a machine with a specification of 5L/hour. If the specification is too small, the consumables of the ultrapure water machine will be consumed quickly, and if the specification is too large, it will be wasted.
