3. Excessive feed water flow will make the membrane module deteriorate in advance, so the feed water flow should not exceed the design standard value, in addition to concentrated water flow should be avoided as much as possible to be less than the design standard value, in the concentrated water flow is too small under the condition of operation, it will make the pure water equipment in the pressure vessel to happen uneven flow and due to excessive concentration of the precipitation of fouling on the membrane module.
4. Pure water equipment, even if the high-pressure pump has a very short period of time to interrupt the operation of the device may fail.
5. Pure water equipment inlet pressure to maintain an appropriate margin.
6. In order to prevent membrane fouling, pure water equipment start and stop the application of low-pressure water supply to replace the water in the pure water equipment.
7. Pay attention to the differential pressure of the precision filter. The reason for the sharp rise in pressure difference is mainly due to the leakage of turbidity in the precision filter. On the contrary, the reason for the sharp drop in differential pressure is the breakage of the precision filter element and the loosening of the fastening screws of the precision filter element.
8. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pure water equipment exceeds the standard, it means that the membrane surface has been contaminated or the water supply flow is above the design value. If the flow adjustment can not solve the problem of differential pressure, the membrane should be cleaned.
9. In the summer water temperature is high, the flow of water production is more, sometimes have to reduce the operating pressure, which will lead to a decline in the quality of water production. To prevent this, the number of membrane modules can be reduced, while the operating pressure is still maintained at a high level.0
