Water purifier suddenly “strike” does not produce water? Don't panic! 5 steps to check the method is easy to fix!

[Introduction] water purifier is the guardian of the family drinking water safety, but if one day it suddenly stop making water, inevitably make people anxious and angry. Don't be in a hurry to report repair or replacement! Today we teach you to quickly locate the problem, do-it-yourself can also solve 80% of the common failures, save time and money!

First, don't panic! First check these 3 basic items
1️⃣ Is the power supply normal? Check whether the water purifier is energized (loose plug, outlet power failure?). If it is RO reverse osmosis model, observe whether the panel indicator light is on.
2️⃣ Is the water inlet valve open? Check whether the front water inlet valve has been closed by mistake (especially easy to forget after just changing the filter cartridge). Older neighborhoods can check whether the main water valve is normal, to avoid water outages resulting in no water to make.  3️⃣ Is the water pressure up to standard? Water pressure is too low (less than 0.1MPa) may lead to the machine can not start, can be tested with a pressure gauge. High-rise households or old pipes are recommended to install a booster pump.

Second, the 4 core causes of failure + self-help program
🔧 Problem 1: cartridge “overdue for service” clogging performance: water slowdown until the stop, accompanied by increased noise.
         Solution: Check the cartridge use time (more than 6-12 months need to be replaced). Replacement long press “reset button” to reset the cartridge life reminder.

🔧 Problem 2: RO membrane is “frozen” or scaling performance: winter low-temperature areas are prone to, or long-term unused membrane element clogging.
          Solution: Turn off the power, move the water purifier to an environment above 10 ℃ for 24 hours. If the scale is clogged, contact the after-sales service for professional cleaning.

🔧 Problem 3: high-pressure switch failure performance: water tank full of water can not automatically stop, or empty bucket can not start water production.                           
       Solution: short the two wires of the high-pressure switch, if the machine resumes operation, you need to replace the switch.

🔧 Problem 4: pump “strike” performance: the machine is running but no water flow, accompanied by abnormal vibration or noise.
       Solution: after the power failure to tap the pump body to try to restart, if invalid need professional maintenance.

Third, routine maintenance “anti-strike” tips

✅ Filter change regularly: according to the water quality to shorten the replacement cycle (high TDS value, water consumption).
✅ Winter anti-freezing: room temperature below 5 ℃ stop using and empty the machine water.
✅ Avoid “ultra-long standby”: more than 3 days without the recommended water and power off, restart the first 2 minutes after the release of water.

Fourth, the ultimate reminder: these situations do not carry!
⚠️ Water leakage inside the machine → Immediately disconnect the power and water, contact after-sales!
⚠️ Replacement of the cartridge still does not produce water → may be installed incorrectly, the need for professional troubleshooting.
