In the long-term membrane separation process, 4040 reverse osmosis membrane water permeability will decline with the growth of operating time, this phenomenon occurs because of membrane contamination problems. It can be seen that it is necessary to carry out regular cleaning of the membrane element system, so that the 4040 reverse osmosis membrane surface or membrane pore contamination removal, to restore water permeability and extend the membrane life of the purpose.

4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning method type
Reverse osmosis membrane cleaning program is divided into physical and chemical methods, both methods can be effective cleaning of the membrane.
Physical method: the method is to use mechanical force to remove the contaminants on the membrane surface. The entire cleaning process does not occur any chemical reaction. Chemical method: the use of certain chemicals and membrane surface of the filter cake chemical reaction to achieve the purpose of cleaning the membrane.

4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning physical methods
1, manual scrubbing method the method is a relatively primitive but effective method.
The parent practice is to dismantle the open flat membrane with soft substances (such as sponge) gently wipe the membrane surface dirt, wipe the side of the water rinse off, this method can effectively remove a large amount of dirt on the surface of the membrane. But for deeper into the membrane holes in the finer impurities can not help.
2, isobaric hydraulic flushing method of any configuration of ultrafiltration components can be utilized in this way for membrane cleaning. Specific practice is to close the water production valve, open the thick water outlet valve, by increasing the flow rate of rinsing membrane surface, which is effective in removing a large number of loose impurities on the membrane surface. The effect of isobaric flushing is also related to the frequency of its continuous flushing.
3, reverse flushing method reverse flushing method is a membrane from the back (porous support layer) to the front (dense layer) flushing method. This is a proven cleaning method. Reverse rinse membrane, and then isobaric hydraulic flushing method, the cleaning effect is very obvious.
4, hot water rinsing method using heated water (30 ~ 40 ~ C) rinsing membrane surface, the viscous and heat-soluble impurities (such as sugar) removal effect is obvious.
5, water and air cleaning method will be purified compressed air and water together into the ultrafiltration device, water and air mixed fluid will produce a violent stirring effect on the membrane surface and remove the more stubborn impurities. The effect is also better.

4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning chemical method
4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning the principle of selecting chemicals: one is not to have any chemical reaction with the membrane and other component materials, and the second is not to cause secondary pollution because of the use of chemicals. In the use of chemical cleaning methods are often combined with the use of isobaric flushing and reverse flushing methods, which can more effectively remove the contaminants on the membrane surface.

Oxidizing detergent using 1% ~ 3% H2O2, 500 ~ 1000mg / L NaCl0 and other aqueous solutions for 4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning, both to remove the dirt, but also kill the bacteria. H2O2 is now commonly used biocides.

Add enzyme detergent cleaning such as O.5% ~ 1.5% pepsin, trypsin, etc., in 4040 reverse osmosis membrane cleaning is effective in removing proteins, polysaccharides, polysaccharides, oils and fats contaminants.4040 reverse osmosis membrane elements are an important component of the water treatment system, so regular cleaning of 4040 reverse osmosis membranes is indispensable.
