1. The problem of using salt (Aicksn's latest water softener does not need to add salt): The water softener uses softening salt (granular NaCl) for regeneration. This kind of salt can be purchased directly from the salt company. When you find that the salt in the salt tank has become less, please add softening salt. Generally, add 3-4kg of salt at a time. These salts are enough for 2-3 regenerations. That is to say, after 2 regenerations, you have to Pay attention to whether the salt in the salt tank is enough for the next regeneration. Please use clean large-grained salt for regeneration, because fine-grained salt is easy to harden, while unclean salt is easy to block the salt suction port.
2. Protect your water softener from freezing, including external components such as sewage pipes.
3. If pipe parts with higher iron content are used in front of the water softener, or the raw water contains higher iron and manganese ions, it is best to install a pre-filter for iron and manganese removal in front of the machine.
4. A pressure tank can be installed in front of the water softener to maintain the working pressure of the machine.
